How can I place an order with Medstock?

There are three ways of ordering our products; online, fax or via telephone.

Online orders

Add products to the shopping cart, at any time of day, and place your order via our secure online shop. You can pay via PayPal or MasterCard / VISA.  Business accounts have the option of payment 30 days after invoice date.

Phone orders

Call 1300 652 763 to speak to one of our friendly customer service team members to place your order over the phone. If you are an existing account holder, please have your customer number ready. This can be found at the top left hand corner of your invoice.

Fax orders

Send your written order via fax to 1300 652 773 and our customer service team will place your order. You will receive confirmation of your order and invoices by mail.

Do I need to log-in or have an account number to shop online?

Yes, to order online please click on the registration link on the homepage to create your business account. To apply for a business account, you must be professionally trading or practicing in a related industry. Your ABN must be related to your nominated profession. Your account details will be sent to our customer service team who will check the information and email you with your account activation instructions once approved.

What are Medstock’s operating hours?

The online shop is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (AEST). 

Can you help me choose the right products for our needs?

Our team of healthcare and medical professionals has received extensive product training and can assist you in choosing the right products for your needs. Just contact customer service on 1300 652 763 and ask for assistance.

Is there a minimum order quantity or value?

No.  You can order as little or as much as you require. Our products are available in the smallest units possible.

If I forget to place an item on my order can I add it later?

The packing and processing of your order happens very quickly after you place your order.  But if you can contact us in the same day before your order is despatched, we can modify your order.

What happens if one of the items I’ve ordered is not in stock?

Medstock has an advanced stock management system which enables tight control around ensuring we can fulfil customer orders. In the event that your requested item isn’t available, one of our customer service team will call you to discuss substitutions or to remove the item and refund the difference.

I’ve received a faulty item in my order

If you discover a fault with any of our products, please contact our customer service team with the order number, the name of the faulty item, and a description of the fault.

Why do your products feature bright coloured packaging?

We provide a bright, colour coded range with simple names to minimise confusion, allow efficient identification of product and help aid correct dressing choice.

My order is incomplete or I have received an incorrect item

Please contact our customer service team with your order number so we can ensure your order is completed. We will get back to you within 24 hours and send you the correct item/s as soon as we can.

Are my details safe when ordering online with Medstock?

Medstock uses one of the most secure online ordering systems on the market, and takes great care to ensure we can continue to provide the highest possible security at all times. We use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event it is intercepted. This technology includes authentication, encryption and data integrity. If you suspect your credit card has been used without your authorisation, immediately contact your credit card provider to seek further instruction and protection.
